Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer four delivery options within a 25 km radius of downtown Calgary. Please review our delivery terms before placing an order.

1. Standard Same-Day Delivery

  • Available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Customers can select a 2-hour delivery window within this time frame.

  • Minimum preparation and delivery time: 2 hours from the moment of order placement.

2. Priority Same-Day Delivery

  • Available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Customers can specify an exact delivery time.

  • Minimum preparation and delivery time: 2 hours from the moment of order placement.

  • If multiple orders request the same time slot and our couriers are fully booked, we will propose an alternative time.

3. Standard Delivery (Available Every Day)

  • Available Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Customers can select a 2-hour delivery window within this time frame.

4. Priority Delivery (Available Every Day)

  • Available Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Important note: Our florists start assembling bouquets at 8:00 AM and finish at 4:00 PM.

  • If an order is placed after 4:00 PM, the earliest available delivery time is 10:00 AM the next day (we cannot fulfill orders for 6:00 AM delivery if placed after 4:00 PM).

Delivery Conditions

Flowers require careful handling, so we ensure that bouquets are delivered directly to the recipient. We cannot leave bouquets outside or at a designated location, as this may affect their freshness and appearance.

Delivery Attempt Process:

  • We will make at least two attempts to contact the recipient via phone call, SMS, or email before proceeding with delivery.

  • If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will attempt delivery once at the provided address.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, declines the bouquet, or if delivery is unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, no response at the door), the bouquet will be returned to us.

Re-Delivery & Rescheduling:

  • If the recipient requests a change in the delivery date or time, we will offer the next available time slot.

  • A re-delivery fee will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Self-Pickup & Disposal Policy

  • If the delivery was unsuccessful and no re-delivery fee is paid, or if the recipient declined the bouquet, the customer has 3 days to collect the order from our location.

  • After 3 days, the bouquet will be disposed of, and no refund will be provided.
